These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) governs the use of all Services provided by Warron s.r.o. including but not limited to access and use of Squilleo eLearnining Application (the “Application”) Throughout the site the term (“we”) ,(”us”) , ( “our” ) refer to Waron s.r.o . All copyright and other intellectual property relating to the Application is owned by us. By using our Application, website and/or purchasing products from us (“Services”) you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the condition of this Agreement.

All Services offered by Waron s.r.o will be subject to this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, do not access, or use any of our services. We reserve the right to update, replace, amend any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting any changes to our website. It is your responsibility to make sure you check our website for any changes and read the Agreement periodically. We will indicate at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions the dates when the terms were last revised. We will notify users by posting a notice to our website that changes have been made to these terms. By continuing to use the Services following posting the changes, it constitutes as an acceptance of those changes.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years of age old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are authorized to do so. We may require you to provide proof of age and failure to comply may result in termination of your account.

2. General

If We determine that you have violated the Terms and Conditions of our Services We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Services partially or fully to anyone for any reason at anytime. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. You understand that any material provided by you (except credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks to make it fit for purpose to conform to our technical requirements.
You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorised purposes nor violate any laws. We have done our best to ensure accuracy and currency of the material contained in our Services, but make no express or implied warranties or representation about any of the Services. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage which may arise from reliance on information or advice contained in our Services and errors or omissions within the material contained in our Services.

3. Payment Terms

Our services can be purchased using the payment methods available in the App Store, Google Play Store, or through credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The details of your purchase, such as the cost and the duration of the services, will be presented to you at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Service ordered by you. In the event that we change or cancel an order we may attempt to notify you by using the same contact method you gave to us at the time of purchase. Refunds, if eligible, will be provided using the same payment method, which was provided to us at the stime of purchase.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

We offer various types of access to our services, including one-time purchases for lifetime access to specific courses, and monthly or annual subscriptions for access to all courses. By signing up to our application you will be given access to either free or paid material depending on your subscription. (“User”).
Subscriptions are non-refundable and will continue until you cancel your subscription. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your subscription period. Prices for our product are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to dis-continue or cancel the Services/subscription wholly or partially without notice at any time.

5. User Rewards

Users may earn tokens by using our Services. These tokens can be redeemed to unlock lessons within the Application. The specifics of how these tokens can be earned and redeemed will be provided within the Application

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials relating to our Application including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights and all Intellectual Property are the exclusive property of Waron s.r.o. Unauthorized use of any of these materials is prohibited.
Any material including but not limited to lessons, courses, photographs, audio, videos, music and all related intellectual property are the subject of the Creator Terms & Conditions.

7. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and share through our services. You grant us a transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content consistent with our Privacy Policy. Exclusivity will be subject to the Creator Terms & Conditions.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of our services or their content, and expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
You agree that your use of or inability to use, the Service is at your own risk.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability to you or any third parties under any circumstance is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to your claims.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Waron s.r.o. our officers, directors, suppliers, partners, directors, employees and agents from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses including legal fees arising from: (a) the content you post or submit; (b) your use of our services; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law and rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your user account if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, providing false personal information, failing to comply with the age restriction and unauthorized use of our content. In the event of breaching this Agreement which shall result your account being terminated; you will not be entitled to any refund. Your obligation and liabilities of this Agreement shall survive the termination for all purposes.
You may terminate your subscription at any time in line with your subscription obligation. This will not affect your access to the Application. User will have access to purchased subscription for the duration of your paid subscription period. Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew in line with your initial subscription conditions. You may delete your account at any time; however, this will result you losing access to all material including free and purchased.

11. Feedback, user comments

You agree that at any time we may use any comments provided to us, without restriction, including but not limited to publish, copy, edit. We have no obligation to edit remove or monitor comments. You agree that your comments will not be unlawful, offensive, threatening, pornographic, obscene nor violate any of these Terms and Conditions. Violation of these Terms and Condition will result your account being suspended and terminated with an immediate effect.

12. License by user to use feedback

The user grants Waron s.r.o a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into its services any suggestions, creative ideas, proposals, plans or other material whether online, by email or any other communication form.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Slovakia.
